Account unsuspention

hi. i really need my account unsuspended quickly.

my ticket number is: TNBJZ2FWOLDW and were submited July 18 at 12:12 am

since i have user account on that server for my software it is critical that i get it all back. i also have some images and chats..

im on the boru server. i do know it just had an update, but the forum says it is finished.

yepp it was intact, but the server were only accsesible for 2 hours, i got it all donwloaded. but i can continiue before the server is working!

i dont know.. it work on this mac but not on the pc at home.. all caches cleared..mabee i were just unlucky and the server were down the hour i tried.. but as said. it still says that my account is susspended..

Your account management panel will continue to show your account is suspended for a few days while we fix our backend managment systems. Can you PM me the IP that you are having a problem accessing with, I think you might have ended up in the firewall.

yepp, as soon i get home. im working 08:00-17:00 today. but after that. so dont expect a ip in a few hours..
