Account Upgrade Page Broken

Hi x10,

I found a bug, maybe this had happened due to the new login page setup, not sure about that. When I try to access the upgrade page on my account at https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade I get a blank page, with nothing on it. This happens on all internet browsers I try on, not sure if this is affecting others as well, but I just wanted to point this bug out.

what works for me - to get around the blank (white) page...

[ Sign in ] at --> [ https://x10hosting.com/sso/login ]

then click on [ Open cPanel ]

then at the top of the page - click on [ Upgrades and Support ]

then pick your upgrade....

Nope, clicking on the learn more button on the prime or illuminated packages takes you to that blank upgrade page...

NOW - clicking on [ Learn More ] at the [ Illuminated Upgrade ] takes me to the blank upgrade page at --> [ https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade ]

Same, and my prime upgrade has expired, and I am unable to purchase it again due to this blank page :L

I am also hoping that this issue will be cleared up soon as I am looking to purchase an upgrade.

x10Hosting is working on upgrading their upgrading system, this is probably the cause.

We're in the process of a complete re-design of the client area and our back end systems, which includes upgrades. We may have to put up a temporary upgrade page until we get the new systems completed. So many features, so little time.

Hi, it's august 29 and the upgrade pages are still blank pages, I really wish to buy illuminated upgrade but can't do. Do you know when we will be able to do so?

Its September 5th and I also can't re-upgrade my Prime account (my account got suspended for a second time due to the lack of logins). I want to give my money away to x10, its just that the https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade link gives a blank page.
