Account was suspended; Pls Read

Hi,
I run the website: http://sambrit.com The website usually gets about 15-30 viewers a day. When I tried to go on it, it was suspended. I logged in and got this message:

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immed.

I just run wordpress on my website. Most of my pics are not hosted on the server. I take up around 35mb disk space.

I was just wondering what I can do to prevent this from happening again. I love x10hosting, and I want to what changes I can make to my website, so I dont get suspended again. All I do is blog.

What plugins are you running with WordPress? Certain plugins, especially caching plugins, usually cause problems.

Probably not. Hmm what do you use in your subdomain? It's password protected.

Wibiya is hosted externally so no problem there, the other two just display stuff, so no problems with any of them.
