Account Won't Let Me Access File Manager

Hi, i get to login on the front page but it won't let me access the file manager for some reason. I tried updating the password and it said pending. Can someone look into my account for me please?

Update your cPanel password.. Not the control panel.

Yea i tried that to but no luck...It keeps saying login attempt failed everytime i try to login to the cpanel. Is it possible to get the password reset or something? Btw..the cpanel login page says "There is a problem with this website's security certificate." I created another account and it works so i doubt the problem is with you guys. Incase i cannot retrieve my account can you guys close it for me please?
