account won't unsuspend

Hi all!

I received the warning emails only about an hour or so before the account was suspended for inactivity, so I ended up missing the opportunity to log in before the account got suspended.

Now I'm trying to unsuspend but I click the "Unsuspend Account" button but it just hangs and then appears to timeout and the account is still suspended.

Any chance this can be unsuspended via an admin?

It looks like the backend system is having a bad day again; I've notified senior staff so they can give it a good kickstart so we can get this taken care of. I'll update once it's back on track.

Looks like this is back up and running and the account is unsuspended.
