Account won't unsuspend

My account has said

"We're removing the suspension now. Please standby and reload the page in 1 minute"

for weeks now, and I'm not sure what to do

I was unable to unsuspend you in the backend likely due to transfers being ongoing on the server you are moved onto. I have however unsuspended you on the serverside.

It is possible that you won't be able to login through the sso for the time being, and unfortunately there could be a sync putting the server back on suspension, but you should be able to login directly to https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222 using the same password as for the sso page and the hosting username (same as your forum username)

I will see to that the suspension is lifted from the backend as well as soon as I'm able to.
