forums(not account management panel/cpanel) http://x10hosting.com/forums/ at least once every 31 days to keep your account active.

So, it was rightly suspended again for inactivity.
I would also like to inform you that posting in the forums is not a requirement. You just need to check the forums every 31 days.
If you would like to remove this restriction, you may opt for x10 prime membership.
