I would like to direct you to the News & Announcement section, specifically the threads regarding new account signups, backend recoding and updates to x10 servers.
The Administration is currently hard at work updating and recoding x10. Because of this, new accounts are currently on hold until the bugs are worked out of the new coding and updates.
Your information is currently stored in Que, and will be created when the administration re-activates that section.
