Hello i want to try the site builder,but i already have an accounton that url i have a forum.Is allowed that a user has more than 1 account?Can i have on the same account a forum and in the same time a site?

You are more than welcome to have a website, forum, blog, etc on your account.
You are not allowed to have more than one account, unless one is a paid account and the other is a free account.

Yes but if i make a site on the same account the forum that i already have woun't be deleted?

No. You couldn't have the same exact address ( example being : forum.x10hosting.com ) but you can have a website at myname.x10hosting.com/site or whatever your url is.
You can create a sub domain off your address, or purchase a domain name and setup sub-domains.
