It dev-project is not a valid account name. It can't contain any dashes.

Why isn't it valid now? It was before. Any way around this?

You can ask an admin. I don't know if they can or will override the account creation.

devproject (without the '-') is available.

the rules are now changed early you can use (-) but now (-) are not allowed
