account's email being unreliable?

I am attempting to send email from one of my x10hosting email addresses to a verified comcast email address and I am getting the following message:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of itsrecipients after more than 24 hours on the queue on level.x10hosting.com.The message identifier is:    1UFBhr-0000Hf-KAThe date of the message is:    Mon, 11 Mar 2013 18:00:34 -0500The subject of the message is: no attachmentThe address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:  [I][B]email address omitted[/B][/I]    Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO::    host 198.91.80.251 [198.91.80.251]: 451 4.3.0 Error:    queue file write errorNo action is required on your part.Delivery attempts will continue for some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the messageremains undelivered. I have tried sending and receiving but all emails seem to be coming back as being delayed. Is there any chance that the mail servers are having issues or is there some more reliable way to send and receive email other than using Roundcube, Squirrelmail, or Horde?Thanks,Jeff

Thanks, it appears our email server might be having some issues. I've notified administration and this will hopefully be resolved soon, however there may be a delay due to a recent hardware issue with x10Premium that has been taking up the majority of their attention.
