Accounts(pls make it clear for me)

For example, if I have an account with a site, named "ABC", and my friend has another account with a site called "ABC Q&A Platform". And our sites have some relationships with each other: His "ABC Q&A Platform" website will act as a service under my main site, "ABC"(and as you can see in this example, his site is kind of named after mine too). Also we will link to each other's sites. However for the administration side, I will just administer mine and he will just administer his.

Will this situation violate anything(TOS, etc)?

Doesn't seem like it would, as it's two separate users administering two separate accounts. Doesn't seem much different than affiliate websites as far as the TOS/I'm concerned.

Should be just fine.
