Accout still not active

i have waited the ammout of time specifyed in my email and I still can't login. I use Ad-Enhanced My hosting username is Wabba1 the address for my site is wabbajabba.x10hosting.com thats all I know. I have been waiting for a month now. I have awebshow I need this site working asap.

Hey,

This is "unofficial support" and therefore there isn't much that a normal user can assist you with. There doesn't appear to be anything linked up - ie; we have to link our hosting accounts with forum accounts on sign up but it appears this hasn't been done.

I think the process now for Ad-Enhanced is actually signing up for Ad-Free and then requesting that your account is made Ad-Enhanced, however you're best off opening a support ticket after signing up for Ad-Free >>> http://support.x10hosting.com/
