Hmm maybe I should try to contact my friend because I ask him to buy one for me I think he gives me a nulled copy Can you unsuspend my account I will delete all the vb files in my account and I will install first phpbb as a temporary while waiting for my friend. Tnx in advance

Yes you should contact your "friend".
If you gave him $200 for the script, you have some serious issues with "friendship".
