Acount Suspension

When ever i try to update my forum from phpbb 3.0.5 to 3.0.6 my account is getting suspended....:dunno:

I am only trying to update then y is this happening ....

Hi logesh,

At the moment your hosting account is not suspended.

The suspension may be because of high resource usage.

1st and 2nd resource usage suspensions can be unsuspended by yourself in account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

For the 3rd the staff has to do it for you.

Try to update the phpbb in manual way. by downloading patch from phpbb and uploading it here and updating it.

isnt there any way for automatic update without account suspension?

Automatic update used to work seamlessly. Try searching in the error log in cPanel or in the error_log files in your publi_html folders for error such as file missing or endless loops. It might explain the high resource usage resulting of it.

And also there will be error log for phphbb i think check in your forum error log too.

That helps alot.
