The 1st and 2nd high resource usage can be unsuspended by yourself through account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

But for the 3rd the staff has to do it for you.

the high resource usage is by some plugins in worpress or some scripts. What exactly you are doing when it is suspended.
