acount suspension

my account was suspended for high usage, i want to know if there's any way for this never happen again, because I'm hosting a forum, so its normal that users are always logging in and out

I don't have access to those logs, but the suspension may have been due to a plugin in joomla. Generally cache and SEO plugins cause high usage suspension.
