Activate Account please

Hi,

I created an account a few months back and then I got busy with some personal work and couldn't work on web development.

Now as I want to start again with development I find my account being suspended.

Can someone please fix the same for me ?

I logged into my x10hosting.com/account and it asked me to enter the following:


In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

I tried giving my cpanel name which is esudha , but it doesnt seems to accept it.

Also as far as I can remember my account was add-free while it shows as add-enhanced.

Your account was most likely terminated because of inactivity. We do not back u free accounts so we will not be able to restore it. You can however sign up for a new account.
