Hi!
I just bought a domain for a year (whalefactory.com).
I tried to activate it for my x10hosting account going to HOSTING>modify domain and then I unchecked the "Use an x10Hosting subdomain as my account's main domain" and wrote my newly purchased domain instead at the text box provided. I followed the action until it was finished but whalefactory.com wont' work.
What am I doing wrong? I thank you in advance,
