Activation Error

I've just registered with your hosting plan, and I receive an error when I follow the activation link in my email. The error says:

"An Error Has Occurred
You must follow a valid link to this page."

I have seen a similar topic to this but it didn't help me at all because I have just signed up and received the email. I have tried the resend validation but still didn't work.

did the hash get split on two lines? and when you link it only gets the first part of the hash?

no it hasn't, it's all one line.

and the link never successfully worked? I know there was issues with new accounts the last couple days... if you weren't able to the first time (after that you should get an error) then sign up again or wait for an admin...

That error usually occurs when the link doesn't work, most of the times, your account actually was successfully activated before....the first time you clicked it, did it work? Also how long did you wait to click the link, there may be an expiry period on the activation links.
