Activation problem

I have problem with \\\'x10Hosting Email Update Confirmation‏\\\'\r\n- I click on link and then on \\\'Confirm\\\' but I get error \\\'E-mail is allredy in use(support)\\\'\r\n\r\nWhat do I need to do?
