I HAVE SUBMITTED MY ACCOUNT ACTIVATION PROCEDURE today at 6:05 pm but it's not activated yet ? when it can be activated ?

Please allow for at least 24-72 for your account to be created. The length of time it takes depends on how large the creation queue is.
