why the hell do i hab to be active on the forums if i dont want my account to get suspended??

You just need to login to the forums once every two weeks. You don't need to post.
We have the rule so we don't get a buildup of unused accounts and can give the space to other people who will use it.
I don't think it's to much to ask for what you are getting for free.
