Ad-Enhanced, Advanced Package

Hi how do i get a Ad-Enhanced, Advanced Package?
as i cant seem to find it

I had the same problem when I signed up for my free account again. I had an adenhanced account but I upgraded to paid and now I'm on adfree again. I thought I had heard you need to submit a ticket to upgrade, but I'm not sure if that's true anymore.

Ah found it:

You can still get the adenhanced plans but you must place the ads and then request the upgrade. An account manager will review your site then upgrade your account.
