You have to put x10hosting ads on your website if your package is ad-enhanced.

but normal account does not require anything.

So is there any reason for some one to ask to change to an ad-enhanced

Unless you need more server resources eg bandwidth, disk space, ect. then no. Otherwise this is an alternative to paid.
