Ad-Enhanced hosting account

i signed up for an ad enhanced hosting account but the page logged me out prematurely and i wasn't able to take down all the info now i cant get back in to it through the forum or the webpage and i cant get a new account because the system keeps saying i already have an account, please just deactivate and cancell and delete all the accounts or partial accounts that i may have with you and dont' ever contact me again except to confirm that these actions have been completed thank you.
