Hello, I have recently just put the ad on the top of all my pages and was wondering if I could get my account/site upgraded! However, I did preivously put in a ticket but there was an error, so i fixed it and now my ticket is not being answered!

I will escalate this ticket to an account manager so they can check all your pages and verify that your advertisements are in place. Then, they will manually upgrade your package for you.
