Ad free account not created due to error in creation process

Hi x10 peeps.

I have a slight problem here,i am able to sign up for the ad-free account,able to verify my email and join the create account queue.
But the email to confirm that my account is created doesn't arrive. Instead,its the email on the title.

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

As the email states,I can try signing up again. Which i did,but still had the same slight problem.
I have another x10hosting account.It uses the same email,but I've changed the email already. But could that be the problem?

It would also be great if an admin could help delete my old x10hosting account because it is inactive. Thanks

Post in the upgrades/downgrades changes area, with your existing hosting username, we'll delete it. Once thats done, LOGOUT of the forums, and signup. Otherwise, it'll give an error.

Would like an update. I have posted my old accounts to be deleted,but nobody has yet. They go by the forum name super369 and gohfaction. During this period,i have tried signing up for one account multiple times,but got the same error message. I've tried siging up again,only this time the error message it gave is

As I can already log in via magelogy. I now need my cpanel username so it can be linked to my adfree account.I seriously hope somebody could help me with this situation.

Are you able to login to the cPanel magelogy account?

nope. when i log in using magelogy. It says I have to link my cpanel user. But the problem is,the email comfirming my details,domain and the cpanel user and pw didn't come. And because of this,i cannot go to http://x10hosting.com/hosting to go into cpanel.

My account under magelogy is linked. Thanks alot The other two accounts mentioned can be terminated because it will not be used anymore.
