Ad free disk Space

Hi,
I have Ad Free account since 2008, I knew that the ad free account has unlimited disk space since 2009, but my CPanel still showing 1024 MB total space.

Please Advise?

As far as I know, these packages have been discontinued/replaced and that's why you are getting this error.

This would need an escalation by senior members.

So, wait for it!

Hello,

I've just tried to upgrade your account via our management system, however I'm still awaiting my upgrade privilege to be activated, so it was denied. I'll escalate this so someone more senior can deal with it.
