Ad-free hosting Security Certificate Issue

Hi All,

I recently signed up for an ad-free account:

Every now and then when i try to access the web site i am presented with
a invalid security certificate dailogue by the browser. if i accept the
certificte, instead of index page opening it opens SSl explorer login page
with a field for user name saying " Welcome to SSL-Explorer! A secure gateway to your network."

What is this ?...its frustrating as this is not the expirience one wants for
visitors to web site.

Edit:
In my experience it seems to happening during or just after the
server reboot. Also, it would be nice if a maintenance page got served
to the visitors indicating estimated downtime during reboots/maintenance.
