Ad not showing up

The ad is not showing up, it just shows "Page cannot be displayed" where the ad should be.

Ok, now it works there, but when I put it in the overall_header.tpl file for phpbb, it dosen't show up..

Ok now, it keeps changing sometimes it works and sometimes it just shows the "page cannot be displayed"
