Ad Placement

If I'm on the Ad-Enhanced Advanced plan (text link ads) am I allowed to put the ads at the bottom of the page? I thought I read that they had to be somewhere that is visible when the page loads without having to scroll down, but, on this thread it says different:

"Display ads on every page right below the menu" (for the Corporate plan) or "Display ads on the bottom of the page" for the (Advanced plan)

The corporate ad needs to be visible without scrolling down.
The advanced ad can be anywhere.
