Adapting a suspended site

Hello, is it possible to adapt a suspended site? I m one of the member on Zidmc.x10.bz
I checked that site today and it was suspended, may I have the database on that website or have the domain?

Only the original account holder can retrieve information from the account, but I can say if you can get in touch with said account holder, tell him it's NOT permanent. If he reads the suspension reason, it details why it was suspended.
