Add and Remove Domains - Where?

I know that I can access my cpanel account using www.mydomain.com:2082 but If I'm having issues and I can't access www.mydomain.com:2082 is there any other "cpanel" where I can see my domains, add and remove? In the Account Panel but I can't see those options.

if you have problems in accessing cpanel through
www.mydomain.com:2082

try

www.mydomain.com/cpanel


if you cant see the domains options in there problem is somewhere else due to temporary error and will probably get resolved soon..

Depends on what server your on but if you were on absolut for example it would be http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082

I have tried both ways and i still cant log into c-panel and i know the password that I am using is right...
