Add-on Domain already configured ?

Hi,
I have a domain (mooglegimages.co.cc), which I have previously had as an addon domain on my account, however this appears to have been lost with the move from fris to chopin. Now, when I try to re-add the domain, I receive this error:
Error from park wrapper: mooglegimages.co.cc is already configured.

Please could you 'unconfigure' the already configured domain.

Whoops, forgot to add the directory it is supposed to point to:

/home/madnut/public_html/mooglegimages.co.cc/

I have removed the entries that cause the issue. However, I'm not able to readd the domain because you are at the max FTP account limit. You will need to delete an FTP account then re-add the domain.
