Add-on domain doesn't work

Dear Sir,
My account is zanozik @ chopin and main URL is zanozik.pcriot.com.
During and after the chopin upgrade I have been experiencing the following problems:
1. Addon domain technovalis.lt doesn't work (default web page)
2. technovalis.zanozik.pcriot.com - doesn't work (default web page)

technovalis.lt DNS configuration at Hostex.lt registrar:

cpanel.technovalis.lt. A 69.175.104.34

webdisk.technovalis.lt. A 69.175.104.34

addon domain config on chopin:
technovalis.lt public_html/technovalis.lt technovalis not redirected

* public_html/technovalis.lt is accessible from FTP as usual.
* zanozik.pcriot.com/technovalis.lt is accessible from http although shows index instead of loading index.php

Have you tried removing the domain from your add-on domain and readding it?

Hello! Yes I have tried doing that. For one thing, removing it and resetting DNS to defaults doesnt change anything in my https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting (I can still see addon domain and subdomains for this addon). During that time the addon domain was "not found". After readding the addon - "default web page" x10hosting error page again....

Please help!

Hello, all of them are working now except for technovalis.zanozik.pcriot.com

Can you please try re-adding that see if that resolves the issue. It seems the record doesn't exist for it so it's not working. Re-adding it should resolve it.

Of course they are all now working except the ones hosted on x10 :wink:
I had to move to another hosting because all my SEO indexes went do deep sh...
