add on domain webmail shows suspension page

dear sir,

I've set the addon domain and when i try to open mail.myaddonpage.com it shows x10 suspension page.

my main domain every page works fine w/o any error message. my main domain mx entry is set to aspmx.l.google.com.

I've set my addon site mx entry too aspmx.l.google.com.

the problem is with my addon mail page only.

plz advice me what is wrong with this page..

ive got a similar problem except i setup a co.cc domain as my main domain and when the dns updated it showed me a suspension page. I can login to forums obviously, but also x10 account and the cpanel account. i am totally confused.

To get this sorted you'll have to contact the official support - http://support.x10hosting.com/

They have a "few" tickets at the moment so you may have to be slightly more patient than normal.

Thank you my problem is solved i request official support and also asked them to change the cname and now every thing is fine
