add on domain

Hi, I tried to set up an add on domain but an error appears:

(XID 6bbaje) The domain “premiumcommercialremodeling.com” already exists in the Apache configuration.

But, it is not true. anyone knows how con I fix it?

I don't think this is something you can fix. I think the admins need to work some WHM/Apache/httpd.conf magic.

The domain in question is currently parked on another free hosting account with us, we can not simply just remove it from that account.
