Add-on Domains

I successfully set up an add-on domain and pointed my name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com / ns2.x10hosting.com. But on my account details, it says Addon Domains: None and I don't see this site when I type in the URL of the domain. Is there anything needed to activate this addon domain?
