What if you just have forums? where would we place the ad?

Besides the jibber he said he'd place the ad for you. It doesn't matter where at the top of the forum you place it, but it needs to be above all your forum listings.

If you have SMF, you can put it at the top of the forum

its simple... here wait idk if its still around but someone had a post on how to do it w/ ipb and phpbb..

EDIT: Ok found it... i got it from someone on another forum

IPB:
1. go to admin cp
2. Skin manager
3. click the skin you are using then edit root skin header and footer (the first choice)
4. put in ad code under <% BOARD HEADER %> or <% BOARD FOOTER%>

phpBB:
1. Go to ftp and the directory of your template.
2. Edit overall_header.tpl and put in code all the way at the bottom.
