I have my own domain and want to host it using x10 but I don't know which option to pick. I have the choice of either "parking" it or "add on as a separate domain". I don't know which option to pick. I already changed the Name Servers of my domain and I am waiting for that to take effect (~6 to 48hrs as of posting this). I am thinking I should "park" it so that when I go to mydomain.net it will got there and not domain.x10.mx/mydomain because that looks like it's going to do but I don't really know so if someone could tell me which option I should choose, that would be great! Thanks!

Park:
alias for your main domain - you only have one site
yourdomain.com and yourx10domain.x10.mx show the exact same content (some CMS will adjust dynamically created absolute links to point to one or the other domain)

Add on:
Completely separate - you now have two sites
Content stored in public_html/yourdotcomdomain (directory name can be customized when creating add-on)
You can prevent access via yourx10domain.x10.mx/yourdotcomdomain by using .htaccess
