adding a domain

If i finish my site on a subdomain, and then add a domain, will anything be deleted (mysql's, my site etc). or will it all just remian?

Nothing will be deleted.
If you want your domain to show exactly the same website as your subdomain then add it as a parked domain, or change your main domain using the AMP.

sorry a noob question, but how do i add it by AMP?

Login to http://x10hosting.com/login with your Forum Username and Password. Then about half way down in the left section you should see a bit about your (sub)domain. This is where you can change it.
