adding addon domain

i cannot add the domain rajkarnikarsamaj.co.cc as addon domain.. it says other user is currently controlling this domain... i am hosting this site in another provider..and i want to transfer this here... do i have to delete the account in the other provider ???

Change your name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com , then try to add

i actually did change the nameservers...
also now i try to add rajkarnikar.co.cc ... that has already been directed to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com ... but i cannot add that domain name as well...

what seems to be the problem there?????

anyways... i will try again after the hosting account has been deleted. i will be re-activating/re-creating the hosting account so with a different username..

if the problem still persists.. i will be posting again..
