I've googled this loads of times but i just can't seem to find a solution that works for me.
I'm currently trying to modify the default wordpress theme. One of the things I'm trying to do with it is add another sidebar. I've found the section in the functions.php file to add another sidebar. It shows up when i go to widgets, but i don't know how to actually make it visible on my site. Does anyone know which file i need to modify to actually place the sidebar on the site? Not sure if that makes any sense. Heres my site:

On the right theres the sidebar that comes normally with the default theme. What I'm trying to do is add another one on the left of the content. I've gotten to the stage where I've gotten 'Sidebar 2' to show up in the widgets section of the dashboard, but I don't know how to actually make it visible on the site. I hope that makes sense, any help appreciated.
