Adding domain with this servers...

I read that to add a domain, I need to use this servers:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Is it okay to use it though my account says my DNS is offline?

Yes. After setting the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, you can add the domain in the cPanel.
