I just tried to add a parked domain (a domain from register.com, no problems until now) --

I already made the changes to the DNS servers at register.com.

When I try to add the parked domain in cPanel I got this error message:

"Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."

How do I troubleshoot from here?
Thanks.

www.rebeccamonarrez.com

So that's another problem (not sure if they are related). I had this domain connected to a site I built using a 4ormat template. I removed the connection to my domain name, but I am still getting a 4ormat (generic) page.

I contacted register.com and got this response:
Unfortunately, It currently seems to be something on the host's end not allowing you to add it, As you are currently on their DNS Server. It seems like there must be a Certain Ip address to point to that hosting, If this is the case, You must Update the IP address with them.

I am a noob and have no idea what this means!

Any leads / answers would be greatly appreciated! thanks!!!

Also, everytime I try to click "get support" or submit a ticket I get an error message.

Feeling really in the dark here :(
