Adding third party domain

Hello there,

I'm trying to ad third party domain on free hosting account. I already entered the NS names in domain control panel. do I need to adjust something in x10hosting c-panel? it was about 18 hours since I changed NS names in registrar, and still nothing happens

if I do need to change something please give me step by step guide

domain propagation can take 1 hour and up to 72+ hours to complete.
you can also check your 3rd party domain for errors since your using the .tk extension for domain names.

note
each time you make changes/corrections will reset the propagation time required for your DNS.
