I would like to request an increase in storage space for my hosting account.
My account is currently using more than 70% of the allocated storage (395.1MB / 512MB). The space is being used for active website files, public assets, application files, and normal site operation. It is not being used for backups, file archives, media storage, or unrelated file hosting.
I am requesting this because the storage limit was previously exceeded and email delivery stopped without warning. During that blackout period, some incoming emails appear to have been missed, and there did not seem to be any practical way to recover them afterwards. The senders also indicated that they did not receive a bounce-back or warning that their messages had not gone through.
If possible, I would be grateful if my storage allocation could be reviewed and increased to support the continued normal operation of the website and associated email functions.
