Addon domai

Hi,
When i try to add an addon domain I get this message in the CPanel:
Addon Domain Additions
There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details
Error from park wrapper: dsng.ca is already configured.

dsng.ca is not in my addon domain list.
My DNS is well redirected.
Please help

Reading posts about addon domain problems, the solution to the issue must be provided by the hosting admin.
He can cancel the added domaine (delete it) or rest the cPanel.
