Addon domain dissappeared.

After the server move, my addon domain has disappeared from my cPanel. Please restore http://kelvinchan.co.cc/ back to my account, directing it to the kelvinchan.co.cc/ folder.

I also need KELVINCHAN.TK reconfigured to the corresponding directory as well. Thanks.
